In the name of God Amen the 20th day of the month of April in the year of our Lord 1464 I Agnes Noyse of Fressingfield being of sound memory make my will as follows:

First I commend my soul to almighty God the blessed Virgin Mary and the whole company of saints

My body to be buried in the parish cemetery [churchyard] of Fressingfield

Item I leave 20d to the high altar of the church there

Item I leave 20s to repair the way next the churchyard between the tenement of Edward Foire (?) Bolron (?) and the tenement of Thomas Odvedun (?)

Item I leave to Elianor Barett my niece one blue and violet tunic without sleeves, one green gown, one blue kertill and one red hood (or cap: cupicus)

I leave the disposal of all my other goods to John Bocher of Fressingfield whom I appoint and consitute my executor

Master Nicholas Berto (?) the vicar there to be the supervisor and see to my burial and to make sure that the disposal of my goods is done in a way that seems to him best for the good of my soul
