In the name of god Amen the tenth day of April 1575 I Richard Noyes of Weyhill in the county of Southants being sick of body but of perfect memory ? and thanks praise Jesus do make this my last will and testament in manner and form followeth first I bequeath my soul to almighty god my only maker and redeemer by whose present passed do truly trust to be saved, and my body to be buried in the churchyard of Weyhill. Impremis I give to the poor to be distributed at my burial 3/4d by the discretion of my executor, Item I give to every goddaughter that I have 4d Item I give to the parish church of Weyhill 6d The residue of all my goods and chattels my legacies and debts first payed and discharged. I give and bequeath to my most loving and dear father Peter Noyes to distribute and dispose the same according to his own discretion whom I make my only executor of this my last will witnesses to this my will Thomas Noyse Agnes Smith and many others.
