In the name of God Amen I Frances Noyes of ye parish of Milton Lilborne in ye County of Wilts Widdow being of perfect mind and memory (blessed be God) do make and ordain this my present last will and testament in manner and form following: Viz: First and principally I commend my soul into ye hands of Allmighty God hoping through the merits, death and passion of my saviour Jesus Christ, to have full and free pardon and foregiveness of all my sinns and to inherit everlasting life. And my body I commit to ye earth to be decently buryed at ye discretion of my executor hereafter mentioned; And as touching and disposal of my temporall estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth.

First I give to my four Grandchildren William, Elizabeth, Mary and Frances Noyes ten pounds apeice, to be paid by my executor within one year after my decease.

Item I give unto my four Grandchildren, Francis, Thomas, Charles and Hannah Wroughton ten pounds apeice to be paid by my executor within one year after my decease.

Item I give to my Grandson Michael Wroughton twnety pounds to be paid by my executor within one year after my decease.

Item I give to my son William Noys five pounds to be paid by my executor within one year after my decease.

Item I give to my Daughter Frances Wroughton five pounds to be paid by my executor within one year after my decease.

Item I give to my Granddaughter Ann Andrews ten pounds to be paid by my executor within one year after my decease.

Item I give to my brother James Helliard ten shillings.

Item I give to Dorothy Cole of Burbage two pounds and ten shillings.

Item I give to Bridgett Cole of Burbage ten shillings.

Item I give to Mr Joseph Wall ten shillings, all which is to be paid by my executor within one year after my decease.

Item I give to the poor of Milton ten shillings.

Item I give to the poor of Burbage ten shillings.

Item I give to my daugther Frances Wroughton all my wearing apparell.

Item I give to my Granddaughter Elizabeth Noyes my Great Bible.

All ye rest of my personall estate goods and chattells whatsoever I do give and bequeath unto my loving Grandson Francis Noyes of Milton aforesaid whome I do make and will my sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking hereby and disanulling all former wills. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of August in the year of ye Reign of King James ye __ over England Anno Dommini 1686
