In the name of God amen I Alice Noyes of Marlebrough in the county of Wilts spinster being weak in body but of good and perfect memory and understanding thanks be unto mighty god for it do for the disposal of all such worldy estate as it pleased god to bestow on me do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) Imprimis I give and bequeath unto the four children of my brother Robert Noyes of Wedhampton in the county aforesaid yeoman (viz) Robert Noyes Thomas Noyes Edward Noyes and Jane the wife of John Edwards the sum of three score pounds to be equally divided between them and to be paid them by my executor hereafter named within six months next after my decease. Item I give and bequeath unto my kinsman Thomas Liddiard of Marlebrough in the county aforesaid Barber and unto his sister Elizabeth Liddiard the sum of three score pounds to be equally divided between them by my executor hereafter named within six months after my decease. All the rest of my goods and chattles not therein before given and bequeathed I give and bequeath unto my loving kinsman Thomas Liddiard whom I make whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Alice Noyes have hereunto set my hand and seal and do publish this to be my last will and testament revoking all former wills and testaments by me heretofor made the thirtyth day of August in the tenth year of the reign of our sovereign lord William the Third (by the grace of god) of England in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred and ninty eight in the presence of us
