IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Frances Noyes of London Widow being of good health and of a sound and well disposed mind and memory (praised be God) but not knowing now soon I may be dissolved and being willing to settle my affairs in this world before I enter into that which is to come do make my last Will and Testament in manner following But principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and commit my body to the Earth from whence it came to be buried at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named but in the Parish Church of St. Vedast als Foster London as near to my son in law Francis Baugh Deceased (who lyeth there) as may be in hopes of a Joyfull reunion both of soul and body hereafter trusting for salvation through the meritts alone of my Redeemer Jesus Christ and as to that worldly estate which through the mercie and goodness of God I have to dispose of I give devise bequeath order and dispose of as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath to my loving daughter Dorothy Baugh all such summe and summes of Money as for principall and Interest thereof are due to me from or out His Majesties Exchequer Item I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Dorothy Baugh and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns all those my two houses the one situate in Kerie Lane and the other in Steyning Lane both holden of the Company of Goldsmiths London with their Appurtenances together with the lees whereby I hold the same And all my Estate Interest and Term of years to come in them and each of them Item I give unto my loving Son John Noyes and to his Wife Twenty shillings to each of them to buy a Ring Item I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Dorothy Baugh her Executors Administrators and Assignes all such summe and summes of Money as for principal and Interest thereof are due to me from and out of the Chamber of London And all the rest and residue of my Money Goods and Chattells and other Estate whatsoever And lastly revoking all former and other Wills by me heretofore made whether written or howsoever I do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament And do constitute and appoint my said Daughter Dorothy Baugh sole Executrix of the same not doubting of my said son John Noyes his Brotherly Love and care of her in assisting her wherein she shall desire it And my will and desire further is that I may be buried out of the House I now live and that all that come to my Funeral may have Wine and Bread In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal this Eighth day of June Anno D[omi]no One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Nine Annoq[ue) nostri Wilimo Tertii nunc Regis Angiiae undecmo The mark of Frances Noyes Signed Sealed Published and Delivered by the Testatrix Frances Noyes as and for her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request have hereunder subscribed our Natues ML.
