I Robert Noyes of Urchfont in the County of Wilts Joyner being of a sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and fforme ffollowing (Revoking disanulling and making void all other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made)

Imprimis I give my daughter Lucy Noyes the sum of Five pounds to be paid her by my executrix herein after named when she shall attain to the age twenty five years and one pair of drawers to be delivered her within one month after my decease.

Item I give my daughter Jane Noyes the sum of one shilling when she shall attain to the age of twenty one years. And likewise one pair of drawers the said money and drawers to be paid and delivered together by my executrix herein after named.

Item I give to my son in law Thomas Robins the sum of one shilling to be paid him by my executrix when he shall attain to the age of twenty five years.

Item I give to my son Robert Noyes the sum of one shilling to be paid him by my executrix herein named when he shall attain to the age of twenty one years and likewise all my working tools with the box or chest as they are usually kept in to be delivered to him likewise when his legacy of one shilling is paid. And likewise all the oak elm and ash whether in timber or otherwise as I shall have at the time of my decease to be delivered him by my executrix within three months after my decease. All the rest and residue of my goods, chattles and effects whatsoever as can or may be found within the realm of Great Brittain I give to Lucy Noyes my wife whom I make my full and whole executrix to this my last will and testament in witness whereto I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this thirtieth day of June and the sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second of Great Brittain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Anno Domini 1732.
