In the Name of God Amen, I Peter Noyes of Tangly in the County of Southampton Yeomen being weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind and memory thanks be therefore given to Almighty God for the same Do this Sixth day of May in the year of my blessed saviours incarnation One Thousand Seven Hundred and sixty-seven, make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following first and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God, and my body to the earth from whence it came in hopes of a joyful resurrection; and as touching all such temporal estate it hath pleased God to bless me with, I dispose thereof as follows.

Imprimis I give to my Kinsman Thomas Prichet Noyes now living with me, all my real estate in Tangly aforesaid known by the names of Hun's and Drury's, with all its appurtenances thereto belonging to hold to him my said kinsman Thomas Prichet Noyes and his heirs and Assigns for ever.

I give to my kinsman William Noyes of Andover my estate in Tangly aforesaid called and known by the name of Bavises, with all its appurtenances thereto belonging to hold to him my said kinsman William Noyes and his Heirs and Assigns for ever.

I give to my Kinsman John Noyes and my Kinsman Charles Noyes sons of my late brother William Ten pounds each; and my sister Sarah, widow of my late brother William one shilling, to be paid them at Twelve months after my decease.

All the rest and residue of my personal estate unbequeathed after my just debts legacys and funeral expenses are paid and discharged, I give to my kinsman Thomas Prichet Noyes before mentioned, whom I do make constitute and appoint to be sole executor of this my last will and testament and I do also appoint John Piper of Charldown son of the late Edward Piper of Tangly to be trustee of this my last will and testament, to see the same fulfilled according to the true intent and meaning thereof and for his freeness in taking on himself the said trusts I give him one guinea, to be paid him in one month after my decease and I do declare this to be my last will and testament revoking and disannuling all former wills and testaments and all papers by me heretofore written or signed purporting the same dated the day and year first above written.

of us subscribe our names as witnesses at his request, and in

the room where he then was.
